[Terms of Service for Vigor VPN Pro] Last updated: 2026 Welcome to Vigor VPN Pro ("the Service"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not visit, install, or use the Service. By visiting, installing, or using the Service, you understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 1. The Service The Service is operated by Shaanxi Yanzi Network Tech Limited Inc. (payment processing may be handled by app stores). We provide the Service by establishing a secure Virtual Private Network ("VPN") or equivalent encrypted acceleration tunnel. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 2. Account & Security You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 3. Privacy Policy The Vigor VPN Pro Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 4. Prohibited Uses You may use the Service only in lawful ways. You agree not to infringe intellectual property, spam, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or resell the Service. 5. Intellectual Property All software, interface designs, trademarks, and other IP associated with Vigor VPN Pro are owned by Shaanxi Yanzi Network Tech Limited Inc. or its licensors. 6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal 6.1 Billing periods. Paid subscriptions are offered in weekly, monthly, and yearly periods (each at least 7 days), as displayed at the time of purchase in the app via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. 6.2 Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The renewal charge is billed to your store account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. 6.3 Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the sign-up price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. 6.4 Cancellation. iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. 6.5 Prices shown on this website are informational; the price displayed in the app at checkout controls. 7. Refunds App Store / Google Play purchases follow that store's refund policy (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com). Direct website purchases: contact holidayfishfish@163.com within 7 days of the charge. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights. 8. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 9. Governing Law Claims shall be construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Shaanxi Yanzi Network Tech Limited Inc. is established, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. 10.
