End User License Agreement

[End User License Agreement (EULA) for Vigor VPN Pro] Last updated: 2026 This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Shaanxi Yanzi Network Tech Limited Inc. regarding installation and use of the Vigor VPN Pro software. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. 1. License Grant Subject to this EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and run the software on devices you own or control, for lawful personal or internal business use. 2. License Restrictions You may not, without written permission: reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows); rent, lend, sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute; remove proprietary notices; or circumvent technical protections or entitlement checks. 3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period (each at least 7 days) until you cancel in the app store subscription settings (iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions). Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before trial end. Pricing and renewal terms follow the in-app purchase flow. Refunds for store purchases follow the store's process (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com). 4. Ownership Title and IP in the software remain with Shaanxi Yanzi Network Tech Limited Inc. or its licensors. This EULA transfers no ownership. 5. Termination You may stop using and uninstall at any time. Breach immediately terminates the license; you must cease use and delete all copies. 6.
